The Lawyer’s Clerk Darja Bobnar graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor in 2002. She began her career with an Apprenticeship in KZ Krka and, simultaneously, performed her Court Apprenticeship at the District Court in Novo mesto. She continued working in the insurance company Tilia and at the Association of Workers Trade Unions of Slovenia – Solidarity. In 2005 she passed the Examination in General Administrative Procedure and the State Judicial Examination in July 2007. On 6.9.2009 she began working in the law firm Škerlj, o.p., d.o.o. and is in charge of the fields of Labour Law, European Law, Insurance Law, the Law of Damages and Commercial Law. She is currently concluding her Postgraduate Masters` studies in the field of the Commercial Law of the European Union.

With her acquired experience she covers the following legal fields: Labour Law, EU Law, the Law of Damages and Insurance Law, Corporate Law or Company Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Public Procurement Law. 

She uses the Slovene, Croatian, Serbian, English and German languages in her work.

She accepts clients with prior agreement and every Wednesday from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 and, with prior agreement, also outside these hours.
