Administrative law

The law firm provides legal counsel and representation to natural persons and legal entities party to first and second instance administrative proceedings and to judicial reviews of administrative acts. Legal counsel and representation are provided in general and specific administrative proceedings before administrative and other national authorities and bearers of public authority. The law firm also monitors the proceedings until an administrative decision is rendered, lodges appeals and appeals for ordinary or extraordinary judicial reviews (appeals on points of law and reopening of proceedings). Clients are also provided with representation and legal counsel in tax proceedings before first and second instance authorities and administrative actions are lodged.
