The law firm provides legal counsel and representation in cases of infringements of European Union law.
We also draw up applications for preliminary rulings.
The law firm counsels and represents in European Enforcement Order and enforcement proceedings that have facilitated recovery in EU. Proceedings are conducted in compliance with:
- Brussels I Regulation (BU I),
- Regulation creating a European Enforcement Order (RCEEO),
- Regulation creating a European order for payment procedure (RCEOPP),
- Regulation establishing a European Small Claims Procedure (REESCP).
The BU I lays down the enforcement proceedings whereby a judgement given in a Member State and enforceable in that State shall be enforced in another Member State.
The RCEEO has created a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims to permit, by laying down minimum standards, the free circulation of judgements, court settlements and authentic instruments throughout all Member States without any intermediate proceedings.
